This enables all internal walls to be of solid block partitioning,
providing excellent soundproofing and that all-important ‘substantial’
feeling. Some of our properties have nine or 10-foot ceilings, with
seven or eight-foot door heights. In many cases, the main bedroom
ceilings are coffered to give an even more luxurious sense of space.
State-of-the-art NACOSS-approved hardwired security systems feature
strategically placed video cameras, alarm panels in master bedrooms
and entrance halls, and security sensor floodlighting to the front
of properties. And as you’d expect, every development is independently
surveyed by the NHBC and awarded a Buildmark Guarantee upon completion.
