| The Marque of Distinction is at the heart of the whole ethos of the approach that we take towards building new homes for our customers. We have endeavoured over the years to utilise innovative design and innovative new features not previously seen in the new homes industry. In a nutshell we build up to a standard and not down to a price, that is why even our studio apartments, which are the first rung of the housing ladder have granite worktops incorporated. Solid concrete flooring is an important feature of all Grenville homes which enables all internal walls to be of solid block partitioning, providing excellent sound insulation and that all important ‘substantial’ feeling. The majority of our homes also feature higher ceilings – in some of our larger homes these can measure up to ten feet adding to the spacious feel throughout the house and in turn allowing larger doors to be included. In many Grenville homes, underfloor heating is used which gives controllable,
even heating with no unsightly radiators and many of our bathrooms have
separate underfloor heating systems so you can wake up to a warm bathroom
floor whatever time of year – and our heated towel rails mean you
can enjoy warm, dry towels at any time too! |
