The Marque of Distinction is at the heart of the whole ethos of the approach that we take towards building new homes for our customers.

In a nutshell we build up to a standard and not down to a price, that is why even our studio apartments, which are the first rung of the housing ladder have granite worktops incorporated.

Solid concrete flooring is an important feature of all Grenville homes which enables all internal walls to be of solid block partitioning, providing excellent sound insulation and that all important ‘substantial’ feeling.

The majority of our homes also feature higher ceilings – in some of our larger homes these can measure up to ten feet adding to the spacious feel throughout the house and in turn allowing larger doors to be included.

In many Grenville homes, underfloor heating is used which gives controllable, even heating with no unsightly radiators and many of our bathrooms have separate underfloor heating systems so you can wake up to a warm bathroom floor whatever time of year – and our heated towel rails mean you can enjoy warm, dry towels at any time too!

Our exclusive detached homes offer large, flexible room layouts with comprehensively fitted kitchens and luxurious bathrooms. Our apartments provide well planned accommodation which maximise room sizes whilst retaining kitchens with a full range of integrated appliances, bathrooms with a mix of baths and shower enclosures, fitted wardrobes and a good level of storage cupboards.
